Subject	Did my car advance itself?

Message	So I i rebuilt this motor 2 years ago and it just sat in the garage. I just started messing with the car again about a month ago and found out i have ptu problems. I finally figured all that out and for some reason im running 20 degrees advance now. I pulled all the covers off and counted the teeth between pulleys and everything checks out. Also the pulleys are on with TDC. Any ideas as to why this is all of the sudden 20 degrees advance? Any help is greatly appreciated!
